اسرار لفقد الوزن سريعا

لأي شخص يرغب في التحول من حالة الزيادة في الوزن إلى حالات التخسيس وتطويرها مع مرور الوقت، فعليك الالتزام باشياء عدة لتنفيذ هذا التحول الرائع في حياتك، وهناك نصائح لفقد الوزن بسرعة كبيرة، وفقط عليك الالتزام بها وتنفيذها بطريقة مستمرة لتصل إلى مبتغاك.

في الصباح لو قررات ان تشرب كمية زائدة من الماء، سترى الفرق، فالماء مفيد جدا ولا يضر ابدا اذا كان بكمية اكبر كل يوم، حاول لو تشرب 2 لتر من الماء يوميا على سبيل المثال، فقم بزيادة هذه الكمية بنسبة ربع ليتر يوميا، اي ما يعادل كوب واحد فقط، هذه التغيرات ستعود عليك بالنفع في النهاية، كما تحدثنا من قبل في مقالات كثيره عن فوائد الماء في تخسيس الوزن.
3- تخلص من السكريات في وجبة واحد يوميا
اعتقد انه ليس من الصعب عليك ان تتخلص من السكريات في وجبة واحدة يوميا من الوجبات الثلاث الاساسية، ودائما ابدأ بالوجبة المتأخرة في الليل، اي وجبة العشاء، ولو تمكنت من التخلص من بعد ايام من الوجبة التي تليها ستشعر بالفارق الواحد في الوزن الذي ستفقده على المدى القصير.
4- تحكم في الكميات
هذا الموضوع مهم جدا لراغبي تخسيس الوزن، فاكميات التي تأكلها كل يوم لها عامل مهم جدا في عملية التخسيس، فلا تتخلى عن الوجبات الثلاث، لكن تخلى عن جزء منها فقط، فعندما تنخفض حجم وجباتك، فقط لا تنخفض نسبة السكر في الدم، بالتالي يكون معدل الحرق كما هو ولا تحدث اي اثار جانبية.

قصة سقوط الحصان في البئر
وقع حصان أحد المزارعين في بئر مياه عميقة ولكنها جافة، وأجهش الحيوان بالبكاء الشديد من الألم من أثر السقوط.
واستمر هكذا لعدة ساعات كان المزارع خلالها يبحثا لموقف ويفكر كيف سيستعيد الحصان؟
ولم يستغرق الأمر طويلاً كي يُقنع نفسه بأن الحصان قد أصبح عجوزًا وأن تكلفة استخراجه تقترب من تكلفة شراء حصان آخر،
هذا إلى جانب أن البئر جافة منذ زمن طويل وتحتاج إلى ردمها بأي شكل.
وهكذا، نادى المزارع جيرانه وطلب منهم مساعدته في ردم البئر كي يحل مشكلتين في آن واحد؛
(التخلص من البئر الجاف ودفن الحصان، وبدأ الجميع بالمعاول والجواريف في جمع الأتربة والنفايات وإلقائها في البئر.
في بادئ الأمر، أدرك الحصان حقيقة ما يجري حيث أخذ في الصهيل بصوت عال يملؤه الألم وطلب النجدة.
وبعد قليل من الوقت اندهش الجميع لانقطاع صوت الحصان فجأة، وبعد عدد قليل من الجواريف،
نظر المزارع إلى داخل البئر وقد صعق لما رآه، فقد وجد الحصان مشغولاً بهز ظهره !
كلما سقطت عليه الأتربة فيرميها بدوره على الأرض ويرتفع هو بمقدار خطوة واحدة لأعلى.
وهكذا استمر الحال، الكل يلقي الأوساخ إلى داخل البئر فتقع على ظهر الحصان فيهز ظهره فتسقط على الأرض
حيث يرتفع خطوة بخطوة إلى أعلى. وبعد الفترة اللازمة لملء البئر، اقترب الحصان .
من سطح الأرض حيث قفز قفزة بسيطة وصل بها إلى سطح الأرض بسلام.
وبالمثل، تلقي الحياة بأوجاعها وأثقالها عليك، فلكي تكون حصيفًا، عليك بمثل ما فعل الحصان حتى تتغلب عليها،
فكل مشكلة تقابلنا هي بمثابة عقبة وحجر عثرة في طريق حياتنا، فلا تقلق، لقد تعلمت توًا كيف تنجو من أعمق آبار المشاكل
بأن تنفض هذه المشاكل عن ظهرك وترتفع بذلك خطوة واحدة لأعلى.
يلخص لنا الحصان القواعد الستة للسعادة بعبارات محددة كالآتي:
1- اجعل قلبك خاليًا من الهموم.
2- اجعل عقلك خاليًا من القلق.
3- عش حياتك ببساطة.
4- أكثر من العطاء وتوقع المصاعب.
5- توقع أن تأخذ القليل.
6- توكل على الله واطمئن لعدالته.
الحكمة من وراء هذه القصة هي أنه كلما حاولت أن تنسى همومك، فهي لن تنساك وسوف تواصل إلقاء نفسها فوق ظهرك,
ولكنك دوما تستطيع أن تقفز عليها لتجعلها مقوية لك، وموجهة لك إلى دروب نجاحك.

كانت الفتاة "م” تنتظر أن تزف لعريسها "ع” خلال الصيف القادم بعد عودته من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لإنه تركها بعد الخطبة بـ 3 أشهر وسافر للعمل في محل لعمه الذي يعتبر من أغنى أغنياء مدينة رام الله، ولكن بعد مرور سنة ونصف من الخطبة، جاءت الصدمة والنهاية، لإنه طلقها بسبب تعليقاتها على "الفيسبوك” التي لم "ترق” له.
في صباح احدى الايام ارسل الشاب "ع” رسالة لخطيبته "م” يستغرب فيها من احدى تعليقاتها على صور عند صديقتها على الفبسبوك، وبعد نقاش حاد بينهما بسبب هذا التعليق حاولت الفتاة تهدئة النقاش الا أن غضبة تصاعد أكثر وأكثر وإنفجر بإرسال كلمة الطلاق لها 3 مرات "طالق طالق طالق” وإنتهى النقاش.
وفي اليوم التالي ارسل الشاب "م” وكيله المحامي وطلقها عبر المحكمة، وفي تعليق للشاب على ما حدث، أكد بأن الطلاق جاء بسبب تعليق الفتاة الأخير وتعليقات أخرى كانت "تزعجه” ما دفعة للإصرار على انهاء ارتباطه بها، ويضيف "لا أريد فتاة لها دراية باستخدام الفيسبوك من اصله”.
أما الفتاة فقالت لـ "أجيال” إن هذا تفكير رجعي ومعظم تعليقاتها عادية واقل من عادية في جميع الاحيان ، تضيف بأنها تعرف بطليقها من خلال الفيسبوك وكان -الفيسبوك سبباً بفراقنا، وتقول "انا لست حزينة بالعكس تجربتي علمتني الكثير”.
يذكر أن مجلس الإفتاء الأعلى في فلسطين أجاز قبل أيام، بشروط، التعارف بين الشباب والفتيات عن طريق الإنترنت بهدف الزواج.

يروى أن رجلاً جاء إلى الإمام أبى حنيفة ذات ليلة، وقال له: يا إمام! منذ مدة طويلة دفنت مالاً في مكان ما، ولكني نسيت هذا المكان، فهل تساعدني في حل هذه المشكلة؟فقال له الإمام: ليس هذا من عمل الفقيه؛ حتى أجد لك حلاً. ثم فكرلحظة وقال له: اذهب، فصل حتى يطلع الصبح، فإنك ستذكر مكان المال إن شاء الله تعالى.فذهب الرجل، وأخذ يصلي. وفجأة، وبعد وقت قصير، وأثناء الصلاة، تذكر المكان الذي دفن المال فيه، فأسرع وذهب إليه وأحضره.وفي الصباح جاء الرجل إلى الإمام أبى حنيفة ، وأخبره أنه عثر على المال، وشكره ، ثم سأله: كيف عرفت أني سأتذكر مكان المال ؟! فقال الإمام: لأني علمت أن الشيطان لن يتركك تصلي ، وسيشغلك بتذكر المال عن صلاتك.

موضوع شيق جد ومفيد , ارجو ان تجدو فيه الفائده والحكمه
يذكر أن هناك ثلاجه كبيرة تابعة لشركة لبيع المواد الغذائية… ويوم من الأيام دخل عامل إلى الثلاجة…وكانت عبارة عن غرفة كبيرة عملاقة… دخل العامل لكي يجرد الصناديق التي بالداخل…فجأة وبالخطأ أغلق على هذا العامل الباب…
طرق الباب عدة مرات ولم يفتح له أحد … وكان في نهاية الدوام وفي آخر الأسبوع…حيث أن اليومين القادمين عطله … فعرف الرجل أنه سوف يهلك…لا أحد يسمع طرقه للباب !! جلس ينتظر مصيره…وبعد يومين فتح الموظفون الباب… وفعلاً وجدوا الرجل قد توفي… ووجدوا بجانبه ورقه…كتب فيها… ماكان يشعر به قبل وفاته… وجدوه قد كتب…(أنا الآن محبوس في هذه الثلاجة…أحس بأطرافي بدأت تتجمد…أشعر بتنمل في أطرافي…أشعر أنني لا أستطيع أن أتحرك…أشعر أنني أموت من البرد…) وبدأت الكتابة تضعف شيء فشيء حتى أصبح الخط ضعيف…الى أن أنقطع…
العجيب أن الثلاجه كانت مطفأه ولم تكن متصله بالكهرباء إطلاقاً !!
برأيكم من الذي قتل هذا الرجل؟؟
لم يكن سوى (الوهم) الذي كان يعيشه… كان يعتقد بما أنه في الثلاجة إذن الجو بارد جداً تحت الصفر…وأنه سوف يموت…واعتقاده هذا جعله يموت حقيقة…!!
لذلك (أرجوكم) لا تدعوا الأفكار السلببية والإعتقادات الخاطئه عن أنفسنا أن تتحكم في حياتنا…
نجد كثير من الناس قد يحجم عن عمل ما من أجل أنه يعتقد عن نفسه أنه ضعيف وغير قادر وغير
واثق من نفسه…وهو في الحقيقة قد يكون عكس ذلك تماماً…

في إحدى الجامعات في كولومبيا حضر أحد الطلاب
محاضرة مادة الرياضيات …
وجلس في آخر القاعة (ونام بهدوء )…
وفي نهاية المحاضرة استيقظ على أصوات الطلاب .…
ونظر إلى السبورة فوجد أن الدكتور كتب عليها مسألتين
فنقلهما بسرعة وخرج من القاعة وعندما رجع البيت بدء يفكر في حل هذه المسألتين …
كانت المسألتين صعبة فذهب إلى مكتبة الجامعة وأخذ المراجع اللازمة …
وبعد أربعة أيام استطاع أن يحل المسألة الأولى …
وهو ناقم على الدكتور الذي أعطاهم هذا الواجب الصعب !!
وفي محاضرة الرياضيات اللاحقة استغرب أن الدكتور لم يطلب منهم الواجب …
فذهب إليه وقال له : يا دكتور لقد استغرقت في حل المسألة الأولى أربعة أيام
وحللتها في أربعة أوراق
تعجب الدكتور وقال للطالب : ولكني لم أعطيكم أي واجب !!
والمسألتين التي كتبتهما على السبورة هي أمثلة كتبتها للطلاب
للمسائل التي عجز العلم عن حلها …!!
ان هذه القناعة السلبية جعلت الكثير من العلماء لا يفكرون حتى في محاولة حل هذه المسألة …
ولو كان هذا الطالب مستيقظا وسمع شرح الدكتور لما فكرفي حل المسألة …
ولكن رب نومة نافعة ...
ومازالت هذه المسألة بورقاتها الأربعة معروضة في تلك الجامعة

تزوجت امرأة، وبعد ستة أشهر ولدت طفلا، والمعروف أن المرأة غالبا ما تلد بعد تسعة أشهر أو سبعة أشهر من الحمل، فظن الناس أنها لم تكن مخلصة لزوجها، وأنها حملت من غيره قبل زواجها منه.فأخذوها إلى الخليفة ليعاقبها، وكان الخليفة حينئذ هو عثمان بن عفان- رضي الله عنه- فلما ذهبوا إليه، وجدوا الإمام عليا موجودا عنده، فقال لهم: ليس لكم أن تعاقبوها لهذا السبب. فتعجبوا وسألوه: وكيف ذلك؟ فقال لهم: لقد قال الله تعالى: (وحمله وفصاله ثلاثون شهرا) (أي أن الحمل وفترة الرضاعة ثلاثون شهرا). وقال تعالى: (والوالدات يرضعن أولادهن حولين كاملين) (أي أن مدة الرضاعة سنتين. إذن فالرضاعة أربعة وعشرون شهرا، والحمل يمكن أن يكون ستة أشهر فقط).
